I have taken some photos with my M8, but they are not showing on my startup page, how do I fix this?

I have an HTC One M8 and have taken several photos but they are not showing up on my startup page (where all the tiles are). The photos tile is there but the pictures aren't.

I have tried everything. How do I get them there? Hope this makes sense.

What happens when you click on the photos tile? What do you see then?

I see all of my pictures. I want them to do a slideshow like they are supposed to. By the way I am on a Windows phone.

When you select a photo, you will see a heart ❤, click it to add photo to you're favorites. Photos on the live tile are favorite photos, this way only the photos you like show up.

Go to Settings; scroll to Applications; click on photos & camera; click on the box below "Start tile shows"; choices are all photos, favorite photos, and single photo. Choose all photos and click the Shuffle now button. That should cause the tile to scroll through your photos.
