On world of Tank I worked with War Gaming tech staff on network connections and traces and they blame Microsoft for it. I have been to Microsoft and they tell me that is War gaming's issue. In either case when I play the game it constantly freezes. as to the first question which came about because of the work I did on the second question, why isn't there a cleaning program developed to clean out the clutter generated by all the video games.
