I have Windows 11 Build 25136 - but, none of the new features are showing up?

I am subscribed to the Dev release channel and just received build 25136 on my Acer Nitro 5. But, I'm not seeing any of the new features (tabbed File Explorer, search on desktop, etc.). Do these features need to be enabled somehow?
