I just added a US Robotics USB Modem/Fax to my Windows 10 Desktop - need voice mail capability

I just added a US Robotics USB Modem/Fax to my Windows 10 Desktop, connected it to my Verizon Home Base unit and would like to add an APP on my desktop to monitor the line and after 4 rings create a voice mail capability for callers to leave messages. I have not found an acceptable Windows 10 Desktop App to do that. Anybody have suggestions???

If it runs on Windows 7 it should run on 10 as the driver model is compatible.
