I just up graded to Windows 10 the beginning of this week and the start bar, task manager and others have disappeared. How can I get them back?

I just up graded to windows 10 the beginning of this week and the start bar, task manager and other

Even the buttons I had pinned to the start menu have disappeared. Also the items in the start up trey do not work.
