I lost me tile

Suddenly I lost the me tile,the tile from which I could post directly to facebook.
How I can appear it again?

Go to your People Hub and click on your Me tile at the top. Then select the pin option at the bottom.

Where is this...i cannot do it..can you explain me?

Are you familiar with your People tile? When you tap on it, a large tile up top should be your tile and a picture if you have one set. Once you tap that, tap on the "pin" icon at the bottom of the screen to pin your Me tile again.
