I need Help with my APP store !!

I own T mobile Lumia 521. With OS version 8.10.14147.180 (Black update). Ever since I have installed the DP 8.1 my store has stopped updating my apps. All of my Apps are still PENDING in my Store > Download page from 4/25/14 (The day I Installed DP 8.1). And I am unable to download any new Apps either, due to the long Que list. Can anyone help me out with this please?

hmm, yes they are correct. But its been 4 months!

Oh God no! Will my contacts have backup or will I lose them when i do the reset?

If you connect regularly at home thru a wifi router you may want to try resetting the router.

I have done that, it didn't work! anything else before i reset my phone?

Your contacts should be fine, as they are a part of your MS account. Once you log back in, they should be there.
