I need help with protection key pass code

I have a Microsoft windows phone i dont have the protection key code and i bought this from a individual and i dont have any way to comtact them for information on the phone help help

Unfortunately, if you can't get that key from whomever sold you the phone, I'm pretty sure you won't be able to use it. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
