Windows 11. Single-user computer. I am the owner and have admin access. Phone link will not run except to tell me, "This app has been blocked by your system administrator" I found what is supposed to be the executable at C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PhoneExperienceHost.exe but probably isn't because under file properties it's listed as "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.YourPhone_1.23062.153.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe" Security changes are grayed out.
I have tried running it as administrator - no luck. After digging in the security tab, I have found that the certificate is corrupt and to remove it, but 1) I don't know how to remove it, and 2) I'm afraid I'd lock myself out of my own machine.
Any ideas on how I can gain "Trusted installer" privileges or otherwise fix this?
TIA
