I upgraded to Windows 10 and now computer won't turn on. How can I get it working again?

upgraded to Windows 10 and now computer wont turn on.

So I upgraded to Windows 10 and I was using it and shut down my computer. Now my computer turns on but won't load anything. It shows the windows loading screen for about 5 seconds and then goes blank and sits that way till I turn it off and restart. Please help me. Thanks.

I am having the same problem.. I tried restart. I tried shutting off and restarting. I have tried system restore and that did not complete successfully. Now I tried go back to previous build and it has said "restarting" for 25 minutes. Computer was fine till I accidentally hit the power off button while trying to find the model number. Now I can't make it start at all. PLEASE HELP!!!
