upgrade to windows 10, now desktop icons flashing, mouse flashing constantly
After installing windows 10, I have a blue circle flashing constantly by mouse cursor. Also all desktop icons will flash at same time as if resetting when on net, checking email, whatever. computer also slower at loading anything. what can I do? Ready to return to windows 8.
