I want Quiet Hours!

I don't need Cortana. I just want Quiet Hours. Or at least independent volume controls for alarms and phone calls / notifications.

Quiet Hours will work when Cortana is used.

I wanted it too until I saw that it requires something that I don't want to allow. Just like the vast majority of apps. I'm switching operating systems for sure. I don't know if any are better, but I have to try.
