I was on a call talking on speaker and it just quit working..went totally mute. What is the issue?

Now I have no alarms or audio speaker sounds at all. Did not do a windows 10 update.

We need more information, such as: what device are you referring to? And have you tried: restarting your phone? performing a soft reset? a hard reset? taking your phone to a service center?
