I was on win 10 build 18305 preview insider

I runs win 10 build 18305 insider preview
I wanted to cancel it and back to my original win 10
So, I cancel the insider program and do a recovery from setting
After the laptop restart, It runs very slow and has many of problems and laaaags ?!
