We followed on with a Microsoft Tech Support scam | Microsoft One

In the above blog post I've written, I go through with the scam which the company claims to be a Microsoft Certified Support company.
I had a virtual machine running Windows XP SP3 in VirtualBox and then went to one of the most known scammers, PC Optimizer Pro and started a live chat with them.
You can see the full thing I experienced on my blog, including pictures.

REMEMBER: Microsoft will NEVER call you saying there is something wrong with your PC. If you get one of these calls, just hang up.

"Microsoft Tech Scammers - They're back!"

Do you really need to mislead people with the title in order to reroute some traffic to your blog? After all, they "aren't back"; you were the one seeking them out!

Re: Microsoft Tech Scammers - They're back!

Changed the forum title & the point is that they are still around, looking to scam money out of people for software that is proven not to do anything.
