Icon Camera 📷 Issues

My Lumia Icons camera autofocus just stopped working. I watched to Microsoft camera... Won't focus. Uninstalled Nokia camera. Installed Lumia classic camera. Won't focus. Ugh, help crying

Did you try a soft reset of your phone. Give that a try and let us know how it went.

Soft reset is done by holding down the volume down and power button for about 15 seconds. You will feel two vibrations while doing this. The first is almost immediate; keep holding down the two buttons until you feel the second vibration and then release both buttons.

Or try hard reset (if soft don't work).

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Thanks guys! I did all of those things to no avail. I simply exchanged the phone and haven't had a problem since.
