Icon not getting update

Update advisor stating that the windows 10 update isn't available for my phone...Verizon released it last week...already tried a hard reset....any thought's

That's odd. I just updated my friend's Icon on the 4th... I wonder what's up here...

then check the date, time, timezone and region - it might have changed
