IE 11 keeps defaulting to 225% zoom?

I keep trying to change it back to 150%, but like randomly, I'll open up IE again, and it'll be all crazy zoomed in to 225%. 150% is the default scaling on my Surface Pro.

Anyone know how to reset the default, so it doesn't keep changing on me?

Is this doable?

Open Internet Explorer
From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options
Select the Advanced tab
Under Accessibility, deselect the following option:
Reset Zoom level to 100% for new windows and tabs

Click OK

Ever since the 8.1 update, I am having the same issue. Unforunately, luk3ja's suggestion did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

don't upgrade to 8.1 until they fix everything? As an IT professional we always avoid service packs (8.1) and IE updates for awhile as it normally takes MS a month or two to fix all the bugs.
