IE Microsoft Corporation Test App in app store?

Hi,
After installing Win10 on my Lumia 640XL I was poking around and in Store App under My Library I noticed IE app. When I open it it shows IE Microsoft Corporation and little bit lower Test. This is really puzzled me. I was trying to open it but it just black screen... So I was wondering if anyone else has this app on the phone and any idea what this might be?? I was trying to find it at app store but could not find it also I could not find it anywhere on my phone.

interesting. couldn't find it though on my 730. could post some screen shots of the app running. the ui and featurs

Like I said it’s literally black screen, absolutely nothing there when I run it. Here is the screenshots:
