Im done!!! and I DONT EVEN own a Windows Phone (Whatsapp)

Bought 10 months ago Lumia 950 to my mom, good specs, great camera, nice interface she doesnt need many apps so it was perect on paper..

How the F it happens that every second time I talk with her on WHATSapp either APP hangs or she cant answer incoming whatsapp call..

Reallly????????????? Cant even fix that?? this bug has been bugging for ages.. seems NOONE CARES. really its a torture using this phone/system.

Soft reset? yea..? -_-' someone is still using it?

Not the service itself ...

Like it hangs after an 1 hour of a call.. etc, doesnt happen on android or iOS

Or not being able to answer incoming call.. -_-'
