I'm getting a green screen for videos in Facebook. Can you help?

videos on Facebook play only a blank green screen.

When scrolling down my Facebook posts videos will mostly play in a blank green screen. I don't know why the rare video will play but most of them are green screen.

Which windows and browser are you using? Are they both updated? that's a video codec iussue, facebook switched to HTML5 universal video player, as youtube and most of biggest sites, supported by Edge, Chrome, Firefox , etc
