I'm getting Junk Mail that purports to be from Microsoft re One Drive: action needed

Suggests that size is being reduced August 1, and that I need to log in etc.
This looks like spam or worse. Is Microsoft actually sending emails? Do I need to act to keep my One Drive access.

if you have office 365, and it is expiring, then you can renew it.
