Im in a loop. Help?

Windows Central Question

I recently did a complete restore on my windiws 10 pc leaving nothing but what was there to begin with and now that it finished it brings me to the select country/timezine etc then it asks for my wifi which i have put in and then it brings me to a “just a moment” screen and after a few minutes it loops back to the settings page asking for timezine.ive dine ut multiple times in the past 3 days and idk what to do

If it's a PC / Laptop then your only option right now is to to do a clean install.

If it's a Surface pro device:

  1. Make sure that Surface is turned off and connected to the power supply.
  2. Insert a bootable USB drive into the USB port on your Surface.
  3. While holding down the volume-down button, press and release the power button.
  4. When Surface logo appears, release the volume-down button.
  5. When prompted, select the language and keyboard layout.
  6. After that you can reset it again.
