I'm not able to install Windows 10 preview build

I installed the latest Windows 10 Preview via the Update and Recovery setting but I'm not able to install the update. The error shows

Failed to install the new preview build,please try again later.0x80240016

I kept getting the same thing on a laptop and desktop with W10TP. I ended up doing a fresh install instead. So far works ok,some initiallly slow in beginning,but settled down after windows-updates.

The problem is I can't download the ISO again after downloading it for hours..Anything I can do to resolve this problem??

Try to search esd file to iso
If your update is downloaded then it will easy to extract

this error means that there are updates being installed at the moment. try installing build some time later. I had the same issue.

MS told us to install a KB file, that would fix this problem.
