I'm updating my Lumia 520 and it is restarting all time. How can I stop it restarting so much?

I'm updating my Lumia 520 and it is restarting all time.

I can't use my phone now. I was installing an update and after Nokia's logo, it restarts everytime, i don't know what to do because my mobile is useless for the moment.

Same thing happining to me..it starts with intalling update and after few mins it restarts........
pls help
