In windows 10 pro,hey cortana and respond to anyone is on in settings but still she is not hearing?

my microphone is on and everything is working great but still i have to click on the icon to talk to cortana i have also tried with learn my voice but still it is not working..plz help

Check the microphone levels, possible they maybe too low?
