So I need to mail in:
Original or cop of UPC and barcode panel from the eligible nokia lumia device package.
Problem is, my box had no barcode on it.
Any help from ATT folks what you mailed in?
Edit: Derp, found it. Normally its on the outside, but I had the flaps over the end...sorry.
