Microsoft Garage recently posted a UI prototyping app called "Ink to Code." This in and of itself is not earth shattering, but it is specifically listed as having "mobile" availability, requiring integrated touch, uses Ink (meaning pen support) and requires a version of the OS that will never come to W10M... Andromeda supporting evidence maybe.
