Ok I have a friend who is in prison ,the calls are outrageous I kno about google voice will make the calls cheaper but I have a windows phone is there any way to make this work or am I jus sol

I don't think so I never really messed with Skype the reason google voice works is bc they give you a local number where the inmate is at so when they call it redirects it to the local number... thanks for the reply
