Inner Circle and Alert 1 question, how can I get Cortana to accept a specific zipcode as a contact?

Inner Circle and Alert 1 question

My parents have Alert 1 at their home. So if something happens they press a button and I get called by the Alert 1 response people. Unfortunately they do not have a specific number that I can put in my phone. Only that the call will come from the 801 area code. So is there a way to tell Cortana that my inner circle is anyone with 801 on it as well. Almost like adding a contact with 801******* like a wild card?

Or do I have to drop the nighttime hours thing totally?

If the Alert 1 service calls you more than once if you don't respond within 3 minutes, you can use that rule....
