Insider update issue

I am unable to download and install the 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034765); seems windows has been trying for several weeks to download this update and fails each time

Follow these steps;

1. Open CMD (Command Prompt) as Administrator
2. Paste or type rmdir /S /Q C:\$WinREAgent
3. Hit enter,

... and the update should install without issues the next time.

tried several times but always get 'cannot find file specified'
