Instagram crashes Windows 8 phone

What steps have you tried in order to attempt to solve the problem? Some of these include: restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, performing a soft reset on your phone, performing a hard reset on your phone, using a different SD Card if your phone supports SD Card usage and if the app is installed in the SD Card, checking for and installing app updates... and trying again later.
Tried restarted and reinstall the app but the issue still exist , tried 6 tag app for instagram ,is this app is official app for instagram?

No, but 6tag is still an excellent solution and I 100% recommend it for WP8 phones.
