Instagram & Facebook video's glitch

Hello, while my LG G5 is in repair I have to use a Lumia 535, on this Lumia I have Windows 10 Mobile (last version avaible for 535) but I have a problem with Facebook Videos, Instagram Videos and Stories, when I open one of them I get only lag and glitches (strange line), with Whatsapp and Telegram videos I don't have problems.. How can I solve? I tried hard reset.

Both of those apps are written by Facebook so probably are the same video modules. Could be performance issue with that phone or a software bug in those apps or the OS. You could try the Insider build of Windows to see if any OS bugs have been fixed. Or reach out to Facebook via Feedback app or Store Review to report issues.

I think that the problem are the apps 'cause with netflix or SlimSocial (facebook alternative) the phone Work very well
