6tag is a very good alternative

I do use 6tag. But to buy 6tag I only have credit card as payment option. I don't have a credit card.
The paid version of 6tag allows video upload and it's ad-free.

I have the same problem. I hope Rudy could add SMS payment option. It is much better and would resolve market location. Gameloft uses that method and it works like a charm

Why don't you guys just add some balance to your Microsoft account and use that as payment method? Gift cards can be purchased on Amazon, eBay and so on.

I had tried 3 different debit cards before windows store finally accepted one. Gave me a lot of headache. Carrier billing would be a lot easier.

6Tag was my go to Instagram app back in 2014. When I set it up on my M8 recently it was kinda "blinky" if you know what i mean. I tried the beta app and it seems better than before.

Click on' buy' when u open a paid app in the store, then tap on 'add a way to pay'. Then enter debit card details. If its accepted then you can pay directly through card

I like 6tag, but it's slow as molasses in comparison to even the Instagram beta app on my Lumia 925. I tried it on a 1520, and it was much faster, but still much slower than the official app.

Slow? It's quite okay on my 640. Only the launch takes some time.

That's actually what I meant. It's very slow to launch in comparison to the official app. Once open, it runs fine.

you know, a friend of mine recently switched from the facebook team to the Instagram team and about a month a I asked her the status on the windows app and she told me shes unaware of any app development. if it is being developed its by a third party...idk what to make of that, shes a product manager there for the celebrity accoutns
