Something I haven't seen mentioned after a search....
I have a Lumia 920, thus no SD card at all.with Windows Phone 8.1 and the File Manager/Downloads folder support, i dropped a few XAPs from the Windows Phone Store into the Download older.
I then went into the Windows Phone Store and tapped the "..." and saw the following attached screenshots.
Now the XAPs are from games I purchased, but are no longer listed in the store or are not Windows Phone 8/8.1 compatible, and used the direct download option from the site, They will not install, but the fact they appear was interesting.
