Installed app disappeared from menu

I managed that app (Asphalt 8) is still installed in system, but I can't see it in menu. It can be run only from kid's corner. But I can't find it anywhere else, it can't be installed from store (but there is information that app is installed), even from website remotely, can't see it in storage. Any ideas how to fix it? Maybe more apps I have installed and can't see them and they are in storage...

what is the status of the app when u go to its link in the store? If it shows installed, can u try pressing the view app button and see if it appears on the list

Yes, in store app shows as installed, but after click on view only main screen appear and nothing change.

^ Dude, i think its best if you would hard reset your phone and reinstall everything, i bet your firmware is broken.

And that's not even a thing. I woke up from a nap to find that my phone was somehow removing Apps on it's own. I have had to install around 10-15 apps or so now.

Sounds you need to either hard reset or use the recovery tool.. But the problem maybe deeper than that.

Maybe your storage device is damaged?

A hard reset is the best solution. To do a hard reset, go to settings>about> reset my phone.

WE have the SAME issue. Mine disappeared too after the update month ago.
my store purchase still thinks that I have it installed, while its not anymore on my App List (also not on Games hub)

Nope, it works perfectly fine. Seems like an update messed it up a bit.

For the time being to claim a warranty, I reflashed the phone back to 8, man, I love the flipping Music hub.

Is the app in SD card? I had the problem with some messaging app. Moving it to phone resolved the problem.

Maybe try to check your "Game" App from menu?

Hard reset fixed it. But I had to format SD card, becouse all apps I had on SD card were installed to phone memory after hard reser and those apps on SD card moved to others files (5gb)
