Installed apps not showing as installed on store

I have upgraded to windows 10 mobile anniversary update stable no previews installed apps such as olacabs from store,its appears on app list but the store is not recognise it as installed app but asks to install,so i can't update the app if new version releases

Reinstall the app.

It is always best practice to start with new. That means after upgrading to any build, reset it and then try everything.
