Installing Program disc in D Drive

I have inserted a photo editing program disc into my D drive and cannot install it. Drive is not acknowledging it.

Hi! Welcome to Windows Central. Does the drive recognize other DVD/CD ? You could try updating the driver. What do you show in devise manager? When did the problem start. What OS are you using. The disk could be damaged. Clean the disk with a clean soft cloth. If you nee more help, please join the forum.
