Good morning all,

Considering buying a 950XL from either Amazon or an Ebay seller, as they are considerably cheaper than through the Microsoft store. The only concern I have is that they are the international version, and don't carry a warranty. Looking for "words of wisdom"...

Also, any recommendations for online sellers would be greatly appreciated (if allowed on the forum).

Thanx,
Jeff

I would check out clove.co.uk. They even claim a 2 year warranty even on international orders. When I ordered my 950 shipping to the USA took 3 days.

I also second Clove for you to try. It is rare to get warranties on international devices these days too.

Have you considered buying 2nd hand? I got my 950xl from C.E.X on the High Street for only £195 (you do get a better selection on their website). It's practically brand new and unmarked in any way. Plus all their phones come with 24months warranty as standard. Windows Phones have a great 2nd hand market here in the UK as many people got them and didn't take to the OS so quickly sold them whilst they were as good as new.
