internet connection when roaming

guys, im on 3UK and currently working in republic og ireland, deemed a european country. i have my data switched on and set to roam. i can make and receive calls but i i cant get out on thr internet at all. i have updated the carrier settings several times but to no avail. i would also mention that, when i enable data, i do see the little H icon and the geofencing dot appearing so the phone seems to have data switched on ok. anyone any ideas as to what might be wrong?

Has anyone found this? I can't get connected to internet when roaming. When I click on learn more I get redirected to THREE and , there, it tells me to turn off tethering. But tethering is not switched on. Either the phone software is sending a signal to my operator to say it's tethered or my phone operator has an issue. You will only find this when roaming. Has anyone been able to access the internet when roaming?
