Internet Explorer not deleting history properly

I have my new windows 8 phone , lumia 625, but internet explorer isnt deleting all my history on my phone, like it deletes most of it, but these 2 sites are stuck there for ever, i start typing the first letter and it brings them up as history, i have tried deleting it under the IE settings, and that does everything, but it like forgets these 2 sites, I close all the tabs etc, clear them but still there, is their anyway i can reinstall my browser, IE? Please help,

It is not stored on your phone. You elected to send your browsing history to MS so they could improve suggestions for you. They are now doing so. If you prefer, you can elect not to do this in the future.
