Internet Sharing

Since upgrading to 8.1, my internet sharing does not connect. Have Lumia 1020 on AT&T.

Had the same problem on my 920.
To fix it I went into settings, internet sharing, tap the edit pencil at the bottom, change the broadcast name and password.
If you connect using Bluetooth name broadcast of the phone you have to change the phone name also.
