How can I run my computer internet by mobile cellular data. I know that it is possible by USB but I don't know the system method. (In my previous Symbian nokia phone that was possible by ovi suite system.)

on your windows 10 phone, go to settings > network > create hotspot. Your cellular connection will have to be on by the way. Hotspot section will have options for name of hotspot and password. This is not using USB but wifi (and maybe bluetooth using some models)
