Invoke issue?

Anybody having issues with Cortana saying I can't connect to the internet right now check your connection and try again?
I even tried resettibgthe invoke and setting back up, it was fine at 1st but Cortana's now saying it again just not as frequent.
 
I have heard this error message too. I think it can be a temporary congestion or connectivity issue. I think it could also be used if there is a server resource issue. I am just guessing, but in all of my experience, when I get this error message, my request is usually accepted on a second try.
 
Yes mine too, I can ask her something and she'll respond almost like it's a very short loss of connection.
 
I was having serious issues with the first Invoke I had, it would lose the internet connection every day, multiple times a day while my Echo and Google Home never did. Powering off-and-on did not work to re-establish the connection nor did holding the mic button for five seconds. I would have to go through the entire setup process to get it connected again. I returned it for a new unit. It's working better but it's still giving me the same problem occasionally and having to go through the setup process to rectify the issue is annoying. Can't seem to figure out what is causing this.
 
I am experiencing the same thing. It's a finicky device. It no longer connects to my Spotify premium account. Many times during the day, I notice the white lights spinning round and round for no reason. When I go through the Cortana app on my phone to the Devices list, I get a 503 error. Perplexing...
 
I've had the Cortana Circle turn red and Cortana start randomly saying things...

Reinitialized by holding the mic sorted it. Happened once thus far since Xmas.

I think maybe its an update that causes weird issues
