Is 16mp Photo dng?

It doesn't say so in the menu and I was pretty sure my 1020 said dng.

1520 says DNG too. You're using Nokia Camera, right?

Is that in your settings or the file name in the photo that was taken?
I was referring to the settings menu in Pro Cam.
I hadn't actually checked the file attributes.

Well looks like I had to update Nokia Camera.manually.
Now I have the option.
I didn't get an update notification from the store.
