I was, then I downgraded my phone for a while. Gone back onto Preview now phone is up to date on the .895 build, so I would say no. Preview updates have been suspended for the time. There's an article on here somewhere, and it's linked to the Bitlocker issue.

Just got it a few minutes ago. I'm still using 8.1 Dev Preview (still using the Preview app) and installing it now along with 8.10.14147.180 (both came together).
