is windows 10 install on windows 7 pc good ?

my pc is windows 7& 32 bit. if i update windows 10 on my pc it will perform good or bad ? can i download every apps from outside of windows store ?

Yes, its way faster than Windows 7, but if you experience slow performance or some weird stuff after update, then clean install Windows 10. But backup your data and windows.old files! Yea you can download apps from outside Store, and they work as in former OS. Some apps won't work, but you can always run them in compatibility mode for older OS, and than they work fine.
