Is anybody getting 3G or higher in Canada?

The Blu Win Jr on Rogers tops out at Edge speeds only unless I am doing something wrong. I'm wondering which, if any, Canadian carriers would yield 3G or up on this phone.

Hopefully you received an update or two on your phone to solve this.

I used a Fido LTE sim with the Win Jr, after receiving it Dec 5th, and it connected at 4G.

The OS version on my phone is 8.10.14147.180 or 'Windows Phone 8.1 Update' according to Wikipedia.

What carrier?
Did you get a W510L or a W510U? There are different WCDMA bands supported on the 2 models.

I received the U model from MS Canada.

Thanks for the tip. I had put it aside for a while but will revisit it this weekend.
