I am on the fast ring. Have been since the beginning, and will continue doing it with this phone. I haven't gotten any updates yet, so it's just the windows 10 that came installed from factory.

I can accept the Circles, ugly they are. Double Tap needs to return soon, else it is going back and I will pick up a 1520 to back up my 1020.

I enabled Fast Ring updates on Wednesday on my 950XL but didn't get an update. I tried again this morning and after enabling Fast Ring and the reboot, the phone updated. The phone shows OS build: 10.0.10586.0, Version: 1511. My 1520 is at OS build: 10.0.10586.11, Version: 1511 so I think it only provided the Fast Configuration update and not the OS build yet.

Indeed, see the fourth post in this thread. The 950 and 950XL cannot yet receive insider builds. No ETA on when they will be added.

Hey cool, this sounds like an MS employee (or a gifted actor ). Do you happen to know if MS reproduced the echo problems that some users have had during calls? Seems to be related to Hey Cortana. And would you be able to track down the actual reason for the lack of visual voicemail on the dual SIM 950XL? For now we're all just guessing.

Working beautifully on 10586.29. Love having the linked inboxes back. Battery is good. Everything great!

Facebook changed from beta to the old standard version so I had to download it again from Sysapp pusher, but no probs.

I have soft reset Lumia 950 XL(Single SIM & bought in Norway) and hooked up Windows Device Recovery Tool 3.1.5, and it say I got latest OS build, 10586.13053 & 01078.00017.15452.59015.
I have installed latest Windows Insider, and pushed the "Insider Fast", & phone restarted, but nothing has happened yet. Something wrong I am doing?

Or do I need to hard reset?
