is anyone having the echo and background issue still?

that usually is a network issue, not phone. I get that at times and it clears up after a couple of calls

I agree.

In my experience, this can be phone dependent too because some phones also have poor radios. However, this is the first time I have heard this going on with the 950. When I had one, I didn't experience this.

I have done some research and a lot of people had this issue. but I have done what they did to fix their problem but so far that did work for mine
